The Kia Pride and the Kia Avella were cars derived from Mazda and sold in South Korea and other countries. In the U.S., Ford Festiva and Ford Aspire were their counterparts.
Kia’s first automobile that was sold in the U.S. and, bears its nameplate was the Kia Sephia. It was originally just in the Pacific Northwest in 1994. Later, Kia introduced the Kia Sportage, and by the end of the 1990s, Kia Sedona and Kia Optima were launched. By the 21sy century, Kia fully arrived in the United States as a major competitor in the automotive scene market. Their billion-dollar manufacturing plant was built in Georgia last 2006 and was fully operational by 2010.
